Currently, Dina takes a role of Project Manager at Prospero Int Consulting, where she develops manufacturing consultancy, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. She has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, including the automotive industry, as well as discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes. She has a proven track record in leading and implementing ERP systems across all business functions, including purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, warehouse management, and financial planning. Her experience in business process management has enabled her to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure successful ERP integration.
